Meaning of the affirmation:
When we pray , we ask for health, Energy, Good beliefs, security , guidance, and mental peace. This affirmation also focused on these aspects. The aspects included in this affirmation are:
- In this life, at the point where the person is, he/she is perfect and there is no need to wait for a time when he becomes complete.
- Health :
All mental patterns which might appear as a disease in reality are let go off .
- Physical body:
It is affirmed that the person doing affirmation maintains his healthy body by means of relevant exercises and diet. Most importantly, body is accepted as it is and then improvements are made. Then he expresses his thanks for being bestowed the magical body.
- Energy (Prana)
Prana is the basis of our existence. When we love something, it means that we are allowing it to come to us. So, when it is affirmed that we love prana, it allows prana to flow through us freely.
- Good beliefs:
The affirmation contains very important beliefs that help a person grow . They are-‘Everything happens for highest good’ and ‘I am unique child of universe’.
- Security
The affirmation doer accepts his security and well being as his own responsibility. This allows his safety to be dependent on just him and his thoughts.
- Guidance from higher powers
At many times in life we pray God or Divinity to guide us on what to do. This affirmation also affirms that person is deserving of this guidance and receiving it as and when required.
- Satisfaction that all happens for the good.
This brings rest and calm to the person and removes unnecessary worries.
- Purpose of person’s life
When one feels that his existence has a purpose, he feels special and his life gets meaning.
- Acceptance
Lastly the affirmation leads the person to accepting himself as he is and affirms faith that everything is alright in the world. This will cause the person to attain a state of peace and calm within and rest anxiety, if any.
