Gratitude Exercise –Ultimate for Peace and Calm

A hospital charges 6000 rupees for ventilator where you get just one day oxygen. Have you ever thought about the price you can be charged for the oxygen you have taken in since birth? Has the Universe ever came to you and said , “ Hey, Give me the Price for all I give to you!” Universe and Mother Nature gives it to you for free and tried to maintain it despite the pollution we create. There is so much that nature and universe gives you for free. Have you thanked nature for it? Have you thanked Earth for it? And mostly people do not know ways in which they can contribute back to Nature and Universe. You can do it. Universe and Nature do not require much, just a little bit of love and healing sent from your heart. So like I messaged yesterday on my WhatsApp Group,

Exercise :

Sit for 5 minutes at any comfortable place and choose one resource of your liking that nature gives you. It can be anything. Water, oxygen, sunlight, food, trees, plants, flowers, food, minerals, energy or just the fact that it takes your weight on Earth. Now focus and send your love to this resource you have chosen. You can do this by imagining the resource in front of you and a feeling of love radiating from you to this resource and encircling it. You can also feel the resource smiling and saying I needed this love from you for long. I am feeling acknowledged and thanked. Apologise top the resource that you have not done this before and never thought of thanking it. Say heart felt thank you to the resource. Send your love and gratitude to that resource in the form of a pink light, coming out from your heart. This light will come back to you many fold increased. Sit like this for as long as you want.

This Technique can lift anyone’s mood and make them feel worthy of helping others. Highly useful for people who are having Cancer or people who want to be peaceful and calm .
