Thoughts and Memories

“You must mindful of your thoughts” – Isn’t this what you have have been told to do ? What if today, I tell you that it is not the thoughts but the memories you make which are even more important. By memories I do not mean the usual sense. I mean what you remember of a thought that came to you. You do not need to control thoughts but let them pass by if they are not serving to uplift you or make you more productive. The thoughts that you engage with, somehow manage to be in your memories. That is the thoughts you stick to become part of your memories because they impact your perception massively. How you can control that is what I am telling in the video below.
