How to start over again without regret!

We may reach at a point in life where things seem to fall apart. And we find some situation or person to blame for all that happened. You can take this time as a lesson and opportunity or you can just be sad and harbor feelings of guilt, regret, resentment and so on. Choice is yours. At this time, it is important to hold right mindset. This right mindset can prevent emotional scars.

If you are among those who want to look back at this time as a lesson and move ahead happily in life, you have to do the following:

You have to remind yourself that challenges come in life to help a person grow into a better person. Challenges are opportunities of your growth. You have to forgive everybody including yourself for whatever happened. And you have to count all that for which you need to be thankful in life.

You might also have to forgive yourself also for making certain decisions or for trusting people who were not right for you.

This forgiveness and gratitude are very helpful to you. Why is that? Let me tell you.

We all vibrate at frequencies according to our emotions , intentions and feelings. The higher our frequency, the better. It has been scientifically proven that when you are in regret, you will have a very lower frequency. And when you forgive, you start having high frequency. Similarly, gratitude also makes your frequency second highest. That is why it is said that emotions like guilt and regret have to be avoided and you must stay in emotions of gratitude and forgiveness.
